Secondly, don’t be afraid of making things fun. Learning new things does not have to be difficult. Again, the old model of teachers in classrooms yelling at misbehaving students does not apply here. Work with your child to make learning fun, listen to ideas they have and blend these into the way you instruct them. Find the methods that flow and create interaction with your child. This will not only improve their learning but also empower them to think for themselves by the process of this learning. Talk together about ways to improve their experience in learning this way, once they have a keenness to learn there will be no stopping their thirst for it.
